All of the CD-ROM is in PDF format and can be viewed with a Windows, Macintosh, or UNIX computer that has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

This CD-ROM is offered as a backup to your printed service manuals. You need to own a legitimate paper manual. This CD is considered merely a BACKUP manual. As long as you own a real Sy Ty manual, you can use the respective manual(s) on this CD.

In essence, the CD is the same as your current service manual (not owners manual, this is much more in depth). The CD allows you to keep your printed copy in good condition on the bookshelf.

To order the CD, fill out the Order Form. The Order Form can be filled out from within Acrobat Reader. This Order Form must be filled out and snail mailed along with payment to the address on the order form. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Credit Card. If you would like to pay by credit card, you can do so at www.paypal.com. You would need to open a free account at Pay Pal and the payment would need to be made to my account of "opie@ameritech.net". Pricing information is on the Order Form.

Example. This is one chapter of the Sy Ty Supplement service manual. This example will give you an indication of what the computer file looks like on the CD-ROM.

1. You have been able to obtain this Syclone Typhoon CD-ROM v3 (backup CD) on the premise that you do indeed own a GENUINE SYCLONE/TYPHOON MANUAL. The creator of this compilation will NOT be held liable for falsely submitted "backup CD" orders.

2. You may use the document(s) on a single computer at one time. You may not copy the document(s) and accompanying materials except for further backup purposes to use in support of using the program on a single machine at one time.

3. You may not make copies of the "backup CD" for sale or distribution. (Without contacting AND obtaining written consent from the creator of this "backup CD".)

4. The documents contained in this "backup CD" may be copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved for the respective companies/organizations. Purchase of this product does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the documents except as specifically set forth in this agreement. (The right to own a BACKUP)

5. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying this "backup CD" and all copies of it. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition on this agreement. You agree upon termination to destroy the program together with all copies of this "backup CD".

Warranty: This backup CD is provided "as is" without warrantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ANYONE be held liable for any loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential, or other similar claims. I also reserve the right to improve this CD without the need to notify or provide a copy to previous purchasers.
